I'm with you chartman. I honestly don't put much merit into charts on pennies. Way too hard to predict in such a volatile market, but my instincts tell me eventually these guys will mess up (sarcasm here Dan) enough and actually complete something. When that happens the PPS will rise. Until then, enjoy the roller-coaster ride!
