I think the first sell of the day was by a large enough holder(flipper) that it created panic and allowed someone to accumulate a mass amount of shares as a result!

A possibility is it is one of the financiers who bought TEMN debt about 6 months ago. They may have gotten tired of holding onto the shares and/or needed money.
