HGLC is still actively trading, albeit on the Grey Market. How can it be dead?
Quoting people with dubious records (FFGO) and forthrightness as an authoritative source of status lacks a little credibility.
The "former" managers of HGLC remain active in gold mining and exploration activities (FFGO, RENS, NMGL). Should not they take action to document the status of HGLC? They should be reachable through their FFGO, RENS, and NMGL contact information.
Are there SEC forms to document the dissolution of companies? Where is the documentation of HGLC dissolution? ...other than what FFGO folks say?
