I hope we get a shareholders letter soon. They have a lot of explaining to do.

Why do they have over $2 million in accounts receivable? How does that relate to the low sales?

What about the wireless division. Is this included? That would have had about a million is sales for the 4th Q and another for the 1st.

Why don't we have the 1st quarter financials if we have the 2nd?



In other news; the Company’s Communications and Wireless Services division based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has now booked over $2,000,000 (USD) in business for the initial six month period, which ended March 31, 2011. Further financials can be expected as the Company’s accounting firm completes the 2010 fiscal end year for submission to the OTC Markets.

Computer expenses for 2009 are $2+ mill and for 2010 are $1+ mill.
What are these expenses? What kind of computers Viper is using? These are huge expenses compared to size of Viper networks.
