The overnight gappers is the real risk, but the most rewarding. I got this idea from the SWAT man, but using cheap options for insurance may be something I will do more of. It will certainly keep you in during wipsaws (I tend to bail quickly) and you can catch a runner it either direction when the action is more clear... This is the current status of my last trade:
