I just went for some BGZ in my 401k and 122 Puts just before the nose dive! Also bought 124 cheap calls for insurance as this will be an overnight hold on the options.

Well I highly reccomend looking over the chart school at stockcharts.com. I also highly reccomend blashers ARTs paper as he puts an application of TA together there. I got my start with TA with "Technical Analysis for Dummies." You can probably find a cheap used copy on Amazon. I basically trade crossovers on MAs, the MACD and CCI, coupled with chart pattern reads.
