other than a self fulfilling prophecy can someone give me one logical reason why a gap theory should hold up-- news can shift the value of a company instantaneously

as for the cossack group im sure it is one of the original big shareholders and if they want to spread the word while we are on the pinks with thier own money/stock - i guess its ok--
