When you actually go to the website, doesn't matter what link you click on-They are all 'under maintenance'.

I noticed that there was some activity on this stock today: 13,500 shares, all at .53 per share. Interesting. Definitely not investing anything here until more info comes forth. And like you said, with Spinelli involved with this one too, it really stinks it up.

Let's see how this (and UTRM) plays out.
