Share price is sitting slightly above LONG term support...with the likelyhood of a 'go forward' plan soon from the company, there is not much of a reason to sell at these levels...

Both technically, and fundamentally, odds favor a higher share price in the near future...RSI has crossed over, all systems 'go'...
