To conclude that story line about the govt and govt funding for this company, Frank told me a few years ago that they tried to acquire the govt funding but because ARSC is a very fresh start-up business with no employees, the govt just doesn't do that. I like how they take the risk with a solar company that apparently had no chance, to a company that has a chance and won't offer the funding. A** backwards if you ask me.
