in OTC land, that can be very dangerous... the pinks are full of fantastic ideas...
Ultimately, most of the failures and subsequent losses to investors have nothing to do with the idea being flawed...
It's all about execution and management. How the funding is obtained and used becomes far more important than the "idea"

the idea is not enough
But my original point is that start-ups in the Pink Sheets don't get to be compared to other established companies for missing deadlines.. they need to establish some semblance of credibility first. Or at least have a solid enough foundation that it can be overlooked and/or forgiven
