Do your due diligence - look at every company he has been involved in and you will see people losing money.
Look at Global Access and their "relationship" with Xinhua Finance. Three of XF's executives have been indicted for fraud. The list goes on and on and on all the way back to VM's Burlington Days. Follow the slug trail. Follow the trail to Hofstra and his friends he left behind there as well. He has used good people(and their money) for too long. He is as smooth as they come at some point karma comes in and will clear the tables. Unfortunately so many people have lost so much money and they will never get it back.
