yes msmy, i held over the night before and had to sell 2.7 million..but only sold 1 mil through nite to keep it under 10% or whatever..

i have no clue..

so confusing all these rules..

i have two penson/speed accounts..if they don't fix this by tomorrow, i guess i'll close down the one w/ the margin call before they keep charging me a % if this is the stupid 10% rule..

will wire out the money, and re-open an account - non attached to my other one, under my wife's name - and hey, an added bonus, i'll get all the hdsn/etmm routes back that they've banned me from..
