Just discovered this one and you are 200% correct. Its a nice business in a very unique environment of sleep apnea technology. If these guys continue the lack of investor awareness then they should just go private.They were already slapped with a NASDAQ deficiency notice back in Dec for not complying with the $1.00 share price rule.They already did 2 R/S within a 3 year period for this very same reason which of course has crushed the shareholder equity. Someone needs to slap some hot coffee into the faces of the CEO and CFO because this could be a huge play.
So I just bought a starter position today in GRMH. I think it was a move in preparation for the merger. Ive had email conversations w/ the CEO and found him to be a very thoughtful and articulate person. I got in where I wanted finally (low .30's), and w/ the 3rd quarter upon us I am expecting big things here shortly.
