I've always found it interesting to find out WHO causes the Gag from the Transfer Agent. In many cases it's the T/A themselves who have a policy not to give out any information.
Some think that actually giving information out takes up their precious time. Others require that the company assign a person to communicate with the T/A, as they charge per email!
So my point is, that its possible that this T/A is gagged BY HFBG but it's also possible that it is their internal policy that they refuse all requests regardless of what company it is, as long as they represent them.
One way to know for sure is to call and find out. Personally I could care less, so I'm not calling... haha
