If anyone has actionable intelligence of fraud that should be examined by law enforcement then the SEC encourages you to contact them.

The SEC is no different than any other law enforcement agency. Information is either Credible and Reliable or not.

If you provide info anonymously to any Law Enforcement Agency without your name or contact info you are anonymous and the info you provided (COULD BE THE BEST) is deemed UNRELIABLE. So consider naming yourself by including your name, address and a telephone number; making the info now Reliable.
