Maybe when (if) JS releases preliminary 3rd qtr
results he can update us on the details behind the
new offering (i.e. restricted? reason? selling price
per share).
It appears about 1/4 of offering goal has been met.

I can guarantee before anybody loads the boat with
new shares here, they will need/get more info than
what we have received.
