Doing well ACC. Hope the same for you. What I meant by flippers getting out is that it helps move the PPS when the next round of flippers come in at a higher PPS. I agree they are good to have around for volume. Just as long as there aren't too many of them to kill the pps. There were lots of buys under 5 so I expected profit taking. Once those profits are taken and new investors come in, we increase the PPS, that is as long as we hold the pps while the flips are selling. IMO.
