So we have some 1962 shareholders, holding some 22.3M non restricted shares in float. . . . this is an average of 11,400+/- shares. In my mind says that those 1962 share holders would seem to have quite a bit of 'leverage' on where they can sell, once demand kicks into high gear.
Now a presumption would/could be that the Beneficial share holder's hold/own restricted shares and this would include those that received shares as a result of the BAM offering, employees receiving restricted shares, JB's shares+other Officers, etc , BORK shares as a result of the Basalt Technology/Kryton Global, etc. . . the question here is. . . Do/would these holder's equal the balance of the 185.3M shares that are not in the float.
There are quite a few Certificate holders of unrestricted BORK shares that will soon likely come into the float. . . a conservative guess would be 2-5M
I guess what this may all boil down to is that a relatively few number share holders are going to be able to pressure Market Markers and shorts. . .
We need our BORKeMon Chartist and some others here that have a handle on this sort of information to help us understand how some of this information will impact us and how we best play 'our hands' here!
