I'm still trying to find out. Honestly, I'm pretty surprised that he hasn't lowered the ask from .18 in the last week. Usually, when there's no volume, WDCO lowers the offer until someone bites. He's held firm with those 6900 at .18 for over a week now. That's a good sign in my book.
