this is a FUNDEMENTAL issue. The brokers all also hiding behind the 'this stock is delisted' FACT. I really wonder if Megas has any regrets about his 'wanker' letter, as well as giving up and not doing what needed to be done to keep BCIT, at a minimum, LISTED. I think it sure would make the cause a lot more legitimate (not withstanding the 'you sold us something you didn't have' argument).
This is what I would love to see. The brokers don't have the shares and they should have to buy them back in the open market, at market value. How simple is that. Let them pucker up their butt cheecks during the buy back process. Maybe just maybe they will stop selling what they DON'T own! Or go out of business because they shorted far to long....
