The actual short interest in HPGS as of Sept 30, 2011 is only 9895. That daily Reg Sho list does not give you actual short sales. To get actual shares sold short go to http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HPGS/short-sales. There has been a lot of debate on Reg Sho Daily List and I am not going to sit here and type the whole explanation of why the Reg Sho isnt an accurate assessment of Short sales.
