hc550: Thank for the reply. Yes, YA does have control over the terms and conditions that NeoMedia may accept 3rd party financing. So I would agree that the event of default, YA will have total control. And they will let investors know it.

Simply the stated inability to use the assets makes it nearly impossible for NeoMedia to find secondary financing. So I do understand your point of view but that is different that Street's statement that "NEOM Board IS run by Yorkville."
