No, I'm saying that because AQLV sent their agent Emmanuel Mutisya to Kenya to experiment on ten Kenyans living with HIV/AIDS in an uncontrolled, unauthorized and unregistered clinical trial, those ten people gave up taking their ARVs, a course of action which you now agree will result in an earlier death than if they had continued them.
If AQLV had submitted this study for regulatory or Ethical Committee aproval, both the regulators and the EC would have been able to see this coming, and ensure that it was averted. Probably by stopping the study from happeneing at all.
By running an unregistered, unapproved, uncontrolled clinical study, AQLV condemned these people to an early grave.
If Mr. Mutisya had not enrolled these people into this study, they would still be on their ARVs and able to look forward to reasonable lifespan with a reasonable quality of life.
Now they can't.
I can't put it any plainer than that.
