Absolutely agree. Was being SUPER conservative with the 10x P/E and not counting the growth we will see with the addition of the sportsbook, increase in slot machines, and further marketing of the hotel. Also have the hotel J/V in the works and potential acquisitions to look forward to. On that note, .01 is very possible in the near future :D. If we start looking at using that 47 million LOC...sky is the limit lol. When its all said and done maybe we should take over C**S with our profits :D~
