Points well taken, I suppose anything is possible, and many P & D's go exactly as you have outlined, but it really appears as though this may be a horse of a different color.

That's a fair responses lilpuppy, however I do believe this management team has the right idea as opposed to who LBS* has. Briscoe is running a small business there and I would hate to see what those books look like. Besides, SAGE has financing and started drilling I thought?

I'm not in this and I don't know if I will be but I do disagree that this is a .10 stock, and you may very well be correct. Again, this SAGE operation makes Briscoe look like a clown though. IMO.
