Huck, Dr A the CEO has a way of telegraphing news by his insider trade(s). Though cheap money it is a tip IMO.

They are currently scheduled for delistment on 2/24 unless they pull a wabbit out of their hat.

Aastrom retains exclusive rights to the applications of the technology involving cells for therapeutic applications, and will receive up-front payments and future royalties from Corning.

It would be nice to see some Corning cash when they announce on the 16th. Which is supposedly the date they release 12/31 numbers.
