Starboy, well there is probably two reasons,

1. the person in charge of pr's for this company is used to running much larger NASDAQ style companies and is beginning to learn that pinkies on their way to the big boards need to put out more press releases.

2. they are waiting for the real meat and potatoes to release alot of information, once the independent reserves audit is completed (in process) and once the independent finanical report is verified they will start attracting an audience.

How long you ask.. best guess on my part is within 2 weeks, don't hold me to that but I do know that both reports have been in the works for a while and it is the business development officers primary focus right now to get these reports complete so that they can apply for the big board listing.
