SEVU has till the 15th April to file its 10K and many OTC-BB Companies take advantage of the extension provided by the Law...
In the unlikely event SEVU failed to file by mid-April, it would get an "E" within 5 days, or so... Then, it would have another month to file its 10K before facing a possible Pink Sheet listing... So, there are about 7 weeks left and no need to cause panic by spreading incorrect information...
