NON DTC STOCKS LIST AND EXPLANATION OF IT:

AMTD/ETRADE/SCOTT may allow trading on non dtc, but will stop trading on it without any notice, then you cannot sell the stock and will need to transfer it out to a penson broker in order to do so

PENSON brokers allow trading on non dtc stocks but will charge huge fees in order to transact it.
