Yes it does. It may not be clear to you, but it may hold the key to solving the energy 'crises'. It is definitely worth pursuing. The same is true of their other solutions. They are worth pursuing until it is found out whether they work or do not work. I cannot figure out why there are several here that seem to make it their mission in life to see this idea destroyed before it has a chance to prove itself. I was going to write a paper that told how this MAY work and why it is possible, but I think it would be a waste of time. All their technology has a chance of success! It will not take long to determine if it is for real in all the areas they are pursuing.
