#12017 RE: VETERANTRADER #12012

"1. Death has not occurred."

How do you know?

Any physician treating HIV/AIDS patients will tell you that if these patients discontinue their antiretrovirals they are likely to die. The clinical studies show the same thing.

"Again, they did so against their own doctors recommendation but because the AQLV treated water worked on them"

How would they know the water "worked" on them?

Most patients on antiretrovirals are essentially asymptomatic as regards AIDS symptoms. It's only when they stop their ARVs that they fall sick.

That's presumably why their doctors advised against it, although it is remarkable that important detail only was issued on Wednesday, and then on a private message board administered by AQLV. I haven't seen that confirmed in the public domain.

"costly and painful drugs."

A spin, I'm afraid.

These drugs aren't expensive in Kenya, and generally the patients only pay a modest co-pay anyway.

And as I previously posted, the side effects of ARVs are generally mild.

Whichever way AQLV and its apologists wriggle, the plain fact is that the likelihood is that these ten patients will die (if they haven't already) because they were involved in AQLV's unregulated, unapproved and utterly unethical study.

If Mutisya had never visited AQLV's snake oil on them, they would still be taking their ARVs and have many years of productive life to look forward to. AQLV, Hoffman and Mutisya are/will be directly responsible for their deaths.

I'm surprised that some people apparently can't understand this.
