NOBODY on this board is asking them or expecting them to release PRs on PSCs NOW!

We are talking about a PR on official recognition and acceptance of the Round 2 awards, as per the JDA release this past Friday.

Awards, PSCs and JOAs are all different things.

Mugwump....that makes sense why PXD told me they wouldn't be elaborating on their newly aquired JDZ properties until favorable JOA's and PSC's are completed.

This is one of the reasons it would be deliterious for ERHC to start tooting their own horn:

"why no PR's from pioneer, noble and devon?- well, these cos are negotiating complex deal with the jda and don't want to give the other side any ammunition to demand greater production sharing or higher signature bonuses. they all know that this is an exciting prospect, but why tell the other side of the deal before hand??"

This to me is the reason ERHC is not going around hyping its prospects. Because they are going to be entering complex negotiations with the JDA over PSC's. Why would they want to tout their prospects before PSC's are signed? It would be suicidal to do that because the JDA would want a bigger piece of the action. That is why ERHC should remain silent right now. They are actually doing the right thing.

So leave ERHC alone.
