What motivation would MNTA have to settle unless the settlement gave them as much money as they would have without Amphastar in the market?

If MNTA is able to get a settlement and doesn't get a good one, that big investment firm (California name?) as well as myself and a lot of other shareholders are going to be VERY unhappy.

Can you give that percentage again - how much (percentage-wise) of MNTA's future income would MNTA lose if they settle along the lines of the terms you have speculated on?

In other words, how much will Ampha's stealing MNTA's IP cost MNTA?
