Well, we have to fulfill our obligations and its a
great time to do refinance -

eom7. Note...The net aggregate proceeds of the Offering will principally be used
(i) to repay in full the US$100 million principal amount
outstanding with respect to Crystallex's 9.375% senior unsecured
notes due December 23, 2011 and any accrued and unpaid interest
thereon; and
(ii) for certain general and corporate purposes of the Company
and the Issuer.

btw.
in principal its fullfill the KRY obligations -
and we shareholders still secured the ownership -
of the largest undeveloped gold reserve in the world :-)
