This was inevitable and has nothing to do with insider trading.

People got out of the stock over the last couple of years to let their money be invested in other places while the company worked on its 510k. Now they don't want to be the last person in. You can expect this stock to repeat what it did in 2009.

What is the basis of your complaint? I'm sure either they have heard whatever you are complaining about before and its not a problem.
