CD_98, Thanks for your support. As BigB won't be reading this, I'll let you know why I questioned the science and why I am still a long. First the science: Basically it is because they are jumping from one product to another, and still haven't submitted an application for an IND let alone, granted one. As they constanly miss their own timetables, it just gets me thinking that something is not quite right; I don't know what it is if anything, just a feeling. Second, I am a long because I have hope and dreams like others here.
I see no reason to give management more shares, and more power and no one has been able to give me a good reason why they need more shares at this point in time. If they want them because something big is happening as some have stated, then it sounds illegal to keep that information private as this is a public company and they would be taking advantage of their position. If indeed they have some great news, IMHO, they would want it released prior to the vote to induce us to vote in their favor.
I agree with your point, we will have no power as stockholders if they get everything they want. Forgive me for repeating myself, as I have made these points many times before, but I wanted to clarify my position if possible.
