That is the precise answer everyone will get. Hoping this discovery process by Carlton provides the needed ammo to break the gridlock/circle jerk. I still stand by the notion that we will have to go to a court of law to ever recoup our money. This screams class action. Hoping it does not have to get to that, but we all know there is a large amount of money at stake here. The scumbags on Wall Street will fight tooth and nail to protect it and limit their liability. We all know they have the money to fight this out in court, but ultimately we will win b/c of the glaring evidence against them. Let's hope these scumbags realize they will lose and do the right thing to get this behind them!
