Excellent post. Couple questions if you can clear them up.

1. How is Cineflix involved?

2. Mashiah stated that Paperny would know more about the negotiations? What do you make of that statement?

Great DD and connecting the dots. I do agree it is better for Dussault to have Rogers shopping them . Wow didn't know Rogers was worth that much. Nice to see Dussault seems to be one of their prized possesions right now!!

Go DUSS!!

According to the Paperny website: "Paperny Entertainment has been producing compelling non-fiction television for almost 20 years, and continues to fiercely push the envelope with groundbreaking ideas and approaches. Many of our programmes now include new media components to enhance viewership and audience participation. Since 1994, when The Broadcast Tapes of Dr. Peter was nominated for an Academy Award®, Paperny Entertainment's commitment to producing quality programming has allowed the company to develop and grow into the multi-faceted, prolific operation it is today. From conceptualization through development, to production, post production and distribution, Paperny Entertainment provides a full range of state-of-the-art production services."

Based upon your quote below, you are representing that you have first-hand knowledge that Rogers has exclusive, worldwide rights to distribute the show. Are you prepared to confirm that? Not saying that it would be a bad thing, but you've now made a very specific claim, and I'm curious if you are prepared to stand by it. Go DUSS. GLTA

The only way we get a U.S. network deal is through Rogers(who owns the option and rights to the show) Rogers has to do the deal. They have the syndication rights. There is no other way.
