So Monday's the long awaited day..? Not holding my breath (only from experience) but will be will be keeping an eye.

sloan14, correct. That's what I was told by the CEO. There are two parts to phase 3. They have already passed part one. The second phase includes more testing, documentation, etc. So as it stands right now, the company is getting pretty close to approval for their product, but they still have to pass the rest of phase 3.

I do hope they have a nice POR in hand for the hearing.
