Smart people who have done their DD and thus who know what's coming: buy
Thus the fluctation. Although by all accounts buys are far outnumbering sells, another good sign.
The fact that there are so few PSPW shares available are the reason why the price fluctuates so wildly with such low volume...but by the same token, that is also why this will fly so high so fast when that one simple word: FINANCING.
