He never said he would never use those guys again....if he hadn't planned on it...he would of told us...as the honest CEO he is....right?

He said he hadn't used them in a # of months...but left out the part where he was planning to use them the very next time a 504 was needed...

Thank you for forwarding the information describing allegations against certain persons who were, in the past, subscribers to some financing of this company. I am pleased to report that there has been no pressure or untoward influence from such persons, and there has been no investment by such persons in our company since earlier in 2010. The circumstances of the relationship between investors and the companies in which they invest vary from case to case. In our case, we have no complaint with the persons named.



As a general fact of business, legal proceedings consist not only of allegations, but also the defence. Accordingly, it would be impossible to have an informed opinion about the litigation that you refer to, or any other lawsuits, without understanding the perspective of both sides to the issue. Judges and juries know very well that the entirety of a situation must be considered before passing judgment. Most people, as individuals, know this to be true in their personal lives as well.
