Thats the point you have to file for the event to happen. They didn't. Put that with the fact they changed the previous DEF14c that stated they were doing one and replaced it with a DEFR14c (R=Revised) that just states name change and that they could sale securities to buy addional claims to go along with the $160,000,000 clames they already have. By the time you guys get the PR you need this will be at .005-.01 then that PR will push it to .02.
