a bit different. Nissan, as I remember it, only requested a quote, they never made an offer to order anything. They (IMO) may have never received the quote. Hyundai took equipment and tested it for a year, making modification request(s) along the way. Torvec modified the equipment to suit Hyundai. The next natural step is what is happening (IMO). I think that the per-lap comment is something that interests the crowd that they expect to be at the auto show.
Remember, this whole thing with Hyundai started with them putting a "New" Torsen in the Genesis.
