Torqputty, Do you think a flat tax would be fair to the lower income people, I think it would have to be pretty high for lower income individuals to offset the higher percentage the rich pays now. It sounds good & simple. I do not like how the IRS operates now, but we have to wonder if this would transfer even more power to the wealthy.
