Wasn't it Joe Canouse, Dean Bradley who met with Mike Kendrick, Ed Cross and Mark Dorey in Florida? Joey and Deany tried to convince them to "roll" Mineseeker into TROPHY RESOURCES (A company that Joey Canouse and Deany Bradley owned!!!) Joey and Deany told the Brits that they could sell shares in Trophy Resources by back-dating employment agreements therefore creating 'aged debt' so they could issue shares on it. JUST LIKE DEANY DID for JOEY ON QUASAR...ROUND ONE!!!

Quite frankly I am amazed at Kendrick's (and his team) determination to get things right. After having to deal with a number of unscrupulous businessmen who have led him down the proverbial garden path, he must be quite horrified at the level of integrity that he has encountered. Has anyone considered that he is the victim of these other scammers as well as the investors?

A Valid point you bring up. I keep seeing posters making claims that MS took 1.7mm from the share holders.
What I saw was Dean and Joe enter into an option agreement with MS and start making payments which gave ole Deano the right to put out an LOI and steal 20 million dollars from shareholders, all the while, promising (pumping)the share holders AND MS and Mike that the 300 million in funding had been approved and secured. He even gave a date for the first traunch, remember?

Looks like Mike got misled.
