Yes, Im aware of that.
However, since the company aquired rights to the POW mill, it has recieved an extension every December thereafter.
My question to 567tbd was How can it be stated the final payment will be made in december.
I understand what your saying.
But a more accurate response would seem to be"The Final payment is due in december 2011.

All it's going to take are people holding their shares and buying on the ask. It's the MM's, daytraders and bidsitters that cause panic selling. They buy cheap and sell high and then buy back cheap again. Leaving us Longs feeling like we've been Raped!
