Lowtrade I think I have a cup and handle, hoping they have great news. Didn't realize it was a cup and handle until I looked at the 3 year chart. Your thoughts appreciated.

I also had a question. Since the price is around .39 cents and the top of the cup is around .60 cents. Should the price break .60 cents before we have a confirmed breakout, or does that not apply since they obviously can halt the stock or have pre/after-market news which could probably create bids stacked way above that on good news.
