Sergey, you are abosuletly correct. You own the equity in the asset, and that is something of value.
9lt89x seems to be implying that all CGFIA's options, leases, and mortgaged property have no value.
I may have oversimplified the explanation, but he seems to have trouble understanding the concept. He asks this question over and over again, but ignores the answer, as if the concept is going to change. Maybe you can explain it better so he understands it.

IMO, he is just trying to muddy the water with dubious questions.
I seriously question his intentions.

sem, That's the one of the conditions of the mortgage to do exploration. Remember even though CGFIA owns the Properties there is a Net Royalty Smelter to the previous owner.
