If osmeone has a stock flirting with 25 cents, and say it closes at 24 cents on the day before contest starts, why no tgive them the option of still picking that stock using a base price of 25 cents. Sure, they start with a disadvantage, but if hey believe in it enough, they may be willing to take a chance.
